Editing A Sentence


We have been working on making our sentences more interesting by adding and deleting information. We are trying to identify nouns and verbs and add adjectives and adverbs to construct sentences that are interesting to read.

Today's attempts:

Me and my family went to the pools.

My family and I drove to Mountford Park pools.

Our family visited Mountford Park pools for an awesome and exciting swim.

Me and my family drove safely to Mountford Park in a pocket-sized car.

My family and I travelled by a blue car to the colossal pool at Mountford Park.

My family and I travelled by a blue and white bus to get to our destination which was Mountford Park pools.

My family and I went swimming at Mountford Park pools and travelled there by a giant black car that was zooming around the park.
